Sadberge Village Hall

The Sadberge Village Hall Coffee Shop has re-opened on a trial basis after the coronavirus restrictions were relaxed on 12th April 2021.  We hope you'll come along.

Please note that the Coffee Shop will only be open for limited times on some days, and that it will not open on a given day if the weather forecast for that day is bad.

Weather permitting, the Coffee Shop will be open 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the week commencing 10‑May‑2021.  Confirmation of each day's opening will be posted here by about 3 p.m. the previous day.

The Coffee Shop will be open 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Tuesday 11‑May‑2021.

Conversion to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO)
The Sadberge Village Hall Association (SVHA) has converted into a Charitable Incorporated Organisation – Sadberge Village Hall CIO – and secured a new 35-year lease on the village hall.
Follow this link to download the CIO membership application form.  Sadberge residents can become full members of the CIO (with voting rights at General Meetings).  Non-residents can become associate members (with no voting rights).  There are currently no membership fees.

Cash Bars
Sadberge Village Hall has a Premises Licence, which means that -- subject to certain conditions -- you can have a cash bar at your function.  You can ask one of the local pubs to run the bar for you, or it may be possible for Sadberge Village Hall Trading Ltd. to organise and supervise the bar on your behalf.

Hire Charges

Hire charges for Sadberge Village Hall are very reasonable.

>>  Pre-School Room£10 per hour
>> Dance Studio£10 per hour
>> Coffee Lounge£15 per hour
>> Main Hall£20 per hour
>> Whole building£40 per hour
>> Weekend party package     £500 *

* The weekend party package is for use of the whole building from 7 p.m. on Friday until 12 noon on Sunday.   Includes the silk lining and voiles in the Main Hall, plus a cash bar licence.

Sadberge residents:   20% discount
Regular weekly users: 15% discount
