MAY 2021

From 17th May, the Sadberge Village Hall Coffee Shop will be open 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. every weekday, offering both indoor seating in the newly-refurbished Coffee Lounge and outdoor seating on the Barbecue Patio.

(1)  To access the Coffee Shop, go in through the front door and along the corridor to the Coffee Lounge.  If you'd like to sit outside, go out through the fire door to the Barbecue Patio.
(2)  If there's no queue, you can place your order at the kitchen counter before sitting down.
(3)  If there is a queue, please find a table and a member of staff will come and take your order.
(4)  If you're just having something simple (e.g. a tea or coffee and a cake) you can take your order to your table yourself, but please don't hang around the counter if other people are waiting to order.
(5)  Please maintain social distancing and please wear a face covering inside the building except when you're sitting down to eat and drink.
(6)  Government regulations require everyone aged 16 or over to check in to assist the Test & Trace system.  You can use the NHS Covid app on your phone to scan the QR code or add your name and contact details to the paper list.  Sorry, but the Government requires us to refuse entrance to anyone over 16 who is not willing to check in.
(7)  Please don't try to bring used dishes back to the kitchen counter.
(8)  When you leave, please follow the signed exit route – out to the Barbecue Patio and round the outside of the building (past the Main Hall and the storage container).
(9)  The toilets will be open, subject to a limit of one person at a time.  Please follow the exit route to the front of the building and go in through the front door.
(10)  If you have any questions, please contact Barbara Smith via 07917-644923.
