This section of the Sadberge web site gives you information about the activities of Sadberge Parish Council.

The next meeting of Sadberge Parish Council will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday 4th August 2020.  Due to the coronavirus restrictions, this meeting will be held as a Zoom video conference.  If you would like to observe the meeting, please contact the Clerk.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has not been possible to hold a Sadberge Parish Meeting this year.  The Parish Council has, however, issued the report that it would have presented to the Parish Meeting.

Parish Council Meetings

Meetings of Sadberge Parish Council usually take place on the first Tuesday of each month in Sadberge Village Hall.  The meetings generally start at 7 p.m.

Please check the meeting announcements on this web site or the notice board by Sadberge Village Green before coming along, though.  Meeting dates and times sometimes change.

Parish Council meetings are open to the public.  The Council does have the power to exclude the public from part of a meeting if it judges that publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted, but this happens very, very rarely.  In practice, you're very welcome to attend Sadberge Parish Council meetings.  Come along and find out what your Parish Council is doing for Sadberge.

Members of the public have no rights to speak at Parish Council meetings unless the Council authorises this, but again, in practice, if you've got a constructive point to make about what's going on in Sadberge then the Council will invariably give you an opportunity to make that point.

Agendas and minutes of the Parish Council meetings are available on this web site.  Follow the link at the left hand side of this page.

If you would like any further information about the Parish Council, or if you would like to bring anything to the Council's attention, please contact the Clerk to Sadberge Parish Council, Tony Delderfield (Mobile: 07393-963028).
